Went gym with W and my bro ysd. Haha i think its a good place for scouting hot guys ?! While W was demonstrating to me how to use the equipments and all he was like " you sure you looking at me not ?!" HAHAHA! Oops! I kena caught eyeing at other people.
Okay point is, i feel healthier and happier after gym. Shall go there more often!

On a side note, went to take blood test today. The nurse damn smart, use wrong bottle to poke. Now both my arms got hole =(
