Food for thought

Last week, my mum was pestering me to use the oven. Haven't touched it for a year and she was afraid that it will turn rusty?! So, i thought why not make some cream puffs. Was surfing the net and came across some, they looked damn delicious.

So, i took a recipe from the net. Saw the comments of people who tried and reviews were good. It looked damn fail-proof to me. But den, the ones i made turn out like cookies ?!? But they looked a pretty sight for cookies ! Golden brown and smelled yummy. However, when you actually bite into it, they tasted salty and the middle part feels uncooked!! Guess I put too much butter ? Or I must have measured the ingredients wrongly! Haha! I duno mans. But it was a failure lah =(

SO SO, I'm gonna try a second attempt on cupcakes tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well and I can post up yummy pictures ~ ~
